Shipping Policy: 

We ship products through various agencies depending on the size of the equipment or accessory.  Shipping agents include, but are not limited to; USPS, FedEx, UPS and common carrier freight lines.

Most items over $7 qualify for Free Shipping.

Items that qualify for Free Shipping are generally shipped by a reliable carrier and home delivery is guaranteed.

 Additional shipping charges will apply to residents outside of the 48 contiguous states. In rare situations, some areas may be considered undeliverable or have additional shipping charges.

This includes, but is not limited to, islands requiring ferry service or remote areas.

After you have made you purchase, mycoolcollection store may verify all orders by email to confirm your selections and answer any further questions. Shortly after that you will receive a tracking number for your order along with all other pertinent information.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, kindly contact us at sales@mycoolcollection.com within 5 days from receipt of your order.

After completing your order, your item/items will be processed immediately and will arrive within the estimated delivery time of 12 – 23 days.

Due to OVERWHELMING DEMAND, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery.
